We are not responsible for delays caused by postal or courier services, customs, adverse weather, strikes, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. We will, however, make reasonable efforts to assist with delayed or missing shipments.

4. Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. We may not be responsible for additional costs or delays resulting from an incorrect or incomplete delivery address.

5. Damaged or Missing Orders

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected delivery period, please contact us promptly at admin@louisees.com with your order details. We may request photographs or other reasonable evidence where appropriate.

6. International Orders

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or other charges imposed by the destination country. Unless otherwise stated, these charges are the customer's responsibility.
